David has been the Director of Business Strategy for Monash University since 2012, where he leads a small team that provides strategic support and financial advice in relation to the University's major investment decisions.
David spent 15 years in a variety of senior management positions in the Victorian Government, focused around economic development policy, international policy and operations and innovation policy.
David formerly worked for Commonwealth Government, including three years on the personal staff of then Prime Minister, Bob Hawke.
Kathryn previously served as CFO and Company Secretary for Beach Energy Limited (formerly Beach Petroleum Limited) (ASX:BPT), assisting the company from a junior explorer through numerous capital raisings as the CFO and then scaling for growth to become an ASX100 company.
She has extensive experience in governance, risk and financial reporting and management.
Kathryn also serves as Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee to oversee the financial elements of the business as well as providing direction to the Company Secretary.
Since May 2019, Stuart, as Executive Director, has been providing strategic and operational advice to management and preparing the Company for capital raisings and scaling its operations in preparation for its anticipated IPO.
Stuart successfully implemented a similar strategy for Titomic Limited (ASX:TTT), and is co-founder of Innovyz, one of Australia's leading commercialization firms which has assisted more than 70 early stage innovations in commercializing.
Stuart is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Barrie is an experienced executive who has created several spin-off ventures, co-operative research centers and start-ups and has worked in many different roles including CEO, Director and General Management.
Barrie has also been responsible for establishing international manufacturing plants and is experienced in dealing with global customers, suppliers and partners.
Barrie held a senior management position for the CSIRO for more than 12 years and has been involved in the manufacturing industry for over 20 years.

Mark has extensive experience working with boards of high profile ASX-listed companies guiding and implementing effective corporate governance practices. He is also an ASX-experienced director and chair of public and private companies, with expertise in the listed investment, infrastructure, bio-technology and digital sectors. He currently serves as a director on a number of ASX listed boards as well as a number of foreign controlled and private companies.
During his executive career, Mark held roles in banking and finance, funds management, investment and infrastructure development businesses, including being the Company Secretary for both Transurban Group and Australian Foundation Investment Company Limited.
He is a former Chair of the Governance Institute of Australia, Melbourne Fringe Festival and the Academy of Design.

Richard has extensive senior executive experience as a company secretary and chief financial officer of listed and unlisted companies including with emerging industries. He currently is the company secretary for a portfolio of ASX-listed, public and private companies.
Richard has spent many years in client focused corporate consulting roles and have developed significant expertise in establishing effective governance, financial management and reporting, corporate compliance, capital raising and ASX listing processes.
For the purposes of ASX listing rule 12.6, Amaero wishes to confirm that Mr Baker is the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
David is founder and President of Fremont Group, LLC since 1994. Fremont’s business includes private equity advisory, origination and investment in international joint ventures and offset projects primarily in Europe, India and the Middle East.
David co-founded and is Chief Operating Officer of Biovec, LLC and Biovec Transfusion, LLC., both biotechnology research companies involved in gene therapy and platelet preservation technologies with research activities in the Netherlands, Denmark and the United States.
As a principal or consultant, David has been involved in over $10 billion of acquisitions, development and financings. David serves on the Governing Board of the Bulletin Of The Atomic Scientists and was an Executive Board Member of the U.S.-India Business Council for over 15 years.
He will assist Amaero by providing strategic advice on counter trade and defense offsets.
Mr Pyne recently stepped back from politics and from his former role as the Federal Minister for Defence, where he was responsible for the strategy and delivery of more than $200 billion of defence capabilities, Australia's largest investment in peace time history.
During his three years as a Cabinet Minister in the Defence portfolio, he created and implemented the Defence Export Strategy, the Defence Industrial Capability Plan and the Naval Shipbuilding Plan. Mr Pyne also delivered the outcomes of the Defence Industry Policy Statement by creating the Defence Cooperative Research Centre, the Centre for Defence Industry Capability, the Defence Innovation Huband the Next Generation Technology Fund.
He was a Minister across the Howard, Abbott, Turnbull and Morrison Governments serving as Minister for Ageing; Minister for Education and Training, and Minister for Industry Innovation and Science, in addition to his roles in the Defence portfolio.
Sam previously worked at an executive level in the USA and for world-class organizations including Nissan, Ford, Teksid and CSIRO.
He has deep expertise in engineering, tooling design, CAD/CAM, production and technology commercialization.
At Amaero, Sam leads the technical and BD efforts in engaging the component manufacturing and tooling sectors.
Dacian has over 20 years’ experience in metallic materials research and manufacturing in Australia and Japan, including 10 years at Monash University.
He has optimized laser processing parameters for several alloy systems and tailored alloy compositions specifically for additive manufacturing, achieving the performance standards required for flying components in the aviation industry.
At Amaero, Dacian leads the day to day operations in Melbourne and Adelaide and is also the Chief Metallurgist.
Daniel has previously been responsible for QHS at the Royal Flying Doctor Service and National QHS, Risk & Assurance Manager at Challenge Recruitment.
He has over 18 years’ experience in quality management across the labor hire, aviation and manufacturing industries and is currently a certified auditor for AS9100D certification.
At Amaero, Daniel leads the Quality Management System across all sites and acts as a Risk Management Consultant.
Jason has over 20 years’ experience in Automotive and Aerospace industries for GM Holden, Bendix, Delphi Automotive, Clutch industries and Futuris Automotive.
He has experience in research management, automotive engineering, metallurgy, business development, additive manufacturing and intellectual property management.
At Amaero, Jason leads technical and business development efforts in the Aviation, Defense and Space sectors and manages the IP portfolio.
Kenneth has worked at CalRAM where he led the transition from a metal AM R&D company dedicated to ePBF of Ti-6Al-4V, to the world’s only aerospace production facility with NADCAP accreditation in both ePBF and LPBF AM technologies, and with capabilities in numerous Aluminium, Nickel, Titanium and Stainless Steel alloys.
During his career, Kenneth has gained considerable knowledge and experience in powder metallurgy, business development, additive manufacturing and aerospace and defence qualification processes.
At Amaero, Kenneth is the Senior Executive in the USA and leads the North American Operations.
Darryl has worked with a range of companies including Intel, Facebook, Stratasys and recently the SpaceX machine supplier Additive Industries.
Darryl over 20 years’ experience in 3D printing systems and additive manufacturing, working with various materials from plastics to metals.
At Amaero, Darryl is responsible for component manufacturing and machine field service.
Jim has had leadership and engineering roles in GE Research, Carpenter Technology Corporation and Lockheed Martin.
He has over 25 years’ experience in metallurgical engineering and extensive knowledge in metal additive manufacturing and powder production.
At Amaero, Jim is responsible for the quality systems, powder production development and metal 3D printing processes.
Jef has worked with developing and maintaining the fabrication of rocket engine components throughout his career.

Shon has over 20 years’ experience in the automotive component manufacturing sector.
His expertise includes business development, design of injection molding manufacturing processes and tooling design for injection molding.
